Refund Policy

If you haven't yet activated your product, you're eligible for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once the product is activated or once 14 days have passed, you're no longer eligible for a refund.

In cases of technical issues, our support team may offer a refund at their discretion, though these situations are rare on supported platforms and DAWs. Our priority in these cases is always to get you up and running first, so we'll work with you to resolve the issue before discussing a refund.

To request a refund, email support@flickswitchaudio.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Eligible requests are processed within 48 hours, with the refund issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to reflect in your account.
